Wayne County Circuit Court was busy yesterday (Tuesday) handing down a number of sentences.
28-year-old Haley Morgan of Fairfield pleaded guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Morgan was placed on 18 months Probation.
Flora resident, 46-year-old Robert Boswell pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI. Boswell was placed on two years of Probation and will serve a 60 day jail sentence.
48-year-old Chad Pepple of Bluford was found guilty of Driving While License Revoked. Pepple was sentenced to Conditional Discharge for a term of two years and 14 days in the Wayne County Jail.
28-year-old Dakota Boatner of Mount Erie pleaded guilty to Driving Under The Influence. Boatner will serve 18 months of Court Supervision.
20-year-old Jaylee Boston of McLeansboro pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Boston was sentenced to 18 months Probation.
27-year-old Russell W. Tyler of Fairfield pleaded guilty to Aggravated Assault. Tyler will serve 2 years of Probation
Karen Olesen, a 38-year-old Fairfield resident pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct and was also sentenced to Conditional Discharge for a term of one year.
35-year-old Joshua Porter of Fairfield will be sentenced on September 3rd in Wayne County Circuit for Violation of Probation and Shane Nettleton, a 44-year-old resident of Geff will be sentenced on the same charge on August 27th.
37-year-old Kyle Butcher of Flora and 31-year-old Jacob Ferranti from Mt. Vernon will both be sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court on August 27th. Butcher on a charge of Aggravated DUI and Ferranti on Aggravated Assault Of A Peace Officer.
