A Fairfield resident, 36-year-old Nickolas Ewing, turned himself in to the Carmi Police on Tuesday morning around 11:30 to address an outstanding warrant stemming from charges he acquired in August 2022 for Driving on a Suspended License and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by a Driver in a Motor Vehicle. Following his surrender, Ewing posted bond on the charges and was released from custody.
