Yesterday Fairfield Police Department arrested Ashley M BeBout age 32 of Crossville for a FTA warrent out of Richland County for driving on a revoked license. Bond is set at $395.
On Tuesday Fairfield Police Department arrested Allen R Harrison age 58 of Fairfield for Disorderly Conduct, a court date has been set for tomorrow and bond was set at $120.
On Tuesday at approximately 10:36 pm Brittany N Bush age 34 of Fairfield was at the intersection at spring and SW 7th in her white Jeep. She was pulled over with a loud exhaust and expired registration. The officer made contact with Bush and observed her pupils were dilated and her breathing was heavy. The officer ran her license and the system showed a small claims warrant from Jefferson Co. The officer got consent to check Bush’s vehicle and loacted her purse. Inside was a ziplock bag with a glass pipe, 1 cut straw and a smaller ziplock bag that included brown and white substance. Bush was arrested on the scene and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bond is set at $120.
Last Friday around 3:15 pm Benjamin C French age 35 of Fairfield was traveling N bound on county highway 1 in his 2015 Honda Fit when a deer entered the roadway. Unit 1 was unable to avoid contact striking the deer causing over $1500 in damage. The car was not towed and no injuries were reported.
On Tuesday at around 9:44 pm Leo R Crisp the third age 21 of Fairfield was traveling southbound on IL HWY 242 when a deer ran into the roadwas causing Crisp to strike the animal. The accident caused over $1500 in damages, the car was towed from the scene and no injuries were reported.
On Tuesday Englebert GJ Michel (Michael) age 32 of Princeton pleaded guilty for a class 3 felony for unlawful possession of meth. He was given 2 years of probation, he was credited with 5 days served and has to pay $1,750 in fines and court costs.
Tracey Drawhorn age 45 of Fairfield pleaded guilty to a class A misdemeanor for criminal damage to property. Drawhorn was given 1 year conditional discharge a review hearing is set for March, 24th 2024 at 9 am. Tracey has to pay $1,489 in fines and court costs.
Robert J Crnoavich age 51 violated probation with a class 3 felony for unlawful possession of meth. He was given 18 month probation and a review hearing was set for November, 21st 2024 at 9 am. Robert has to pay $980 in fines and court costs.
