The SICA has announced their All Southern Illinois Team for the Fall 2023 Season.
Fairfield’s Lisa Tomasi was named to the team and was also named player of the year. Tomasi’s season ended over the last weekend by winning the consolation bracket of the IHSA Class 1A Girls State Finals.
Other team members in singles include Sophi Borrow of Centralia, Skylar Moore of Carbondale, Bella Parrilli of Marion, Johanna Smith of Carmi-White County, and McKenna Smith of Richland County.
The team members in doubles play include Makenzie Andrews and Adri Tonn of Benton, Brylie Brands and Maria Ibba of Mount Vernon, Eislee and Reagan Moore of Carbondale, Evie Potter and Claire Uhl of Richland County, and Jersey Summers of Benton
The SICA coach of the year was Mike Butler of Carbondale.
