The Edwards County Soil and Water Conservation District will be hosting a cover crop coffee shop event on Wednesday, February 7th. That event will take place from 8 AM until 12 Noon at the House of Prayer, located at 230 North 5th Street in Albion. The guest speaker for the event will be Cliff Schuette. Schuette is a cover crop seed specialist that is based out of Breese, IL. Panelists for the event include Terry Taylor, Doc Roser, Greg Dickey, and Jerry Seidel. Officials with the event say that there are several giveaways at the event.
