Clay County Illinois turns 200 later this year. County officials are wanting to put an event together to celebrate the occasion. Officials will be holding a meeting on Monday, February 12, 2024, at the Clay County Courthouse at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the celebration of Clay County’s 200th Year. The public is invited to attend.
