The Wayne County Farm Bureau has announced the award of 14 Wayne County 4-Hers who have earned a 2024 4-H Project Grant. The total of grants for this cycle are $1,614.73.
4-Hers receiving a 2024 Project Grant include:

• Harper Buchanan (Beef)
• Robbie Crisp (Wood Working)
• Brielle Curd (Goats)
• John Ellis (Poultry)
• Braxton Kirk (Visual Arts)
• Ronen Tannahill (Poultry)
• Amelia Vaughan (Photography)
• Kamden Vaughan (Swine)
• Kate Vaughan (Goats)
• Kiersten Vaughan (Bee Keeping)
• Veronika Vinson (Photography)
• Kyra Wheeler (Beef)
The 4-H Project Grant program is designed to encourage young 4-Hers to begin new projects by eliminating potential cost burdens they may have; as well as encourage new individuals to become active in the Wayne County 4-H program.
Each 4-Her is required to submit receipts of their project purchases before they receive their grant money.
