As part of the Edwards County Fair, the Equine Show will be tonight at 6pm. The fair kicks off tomorrow ( Saturday) with a full day of events scheduled. The 4th annual Fair Fest on the square in Albion with the car, truck, and tractor show begins at 8 AM, followed by food vendors, crafters, and direct sales starting at 9 AM. Edwards County Fair Parade at 10AM, A touch-a-tractor event for kids will run from 9 AM to 12 noon, Balloons by Kim, bounce houses, and family game booths will be open from 11 AM to 1 PM, with the Fair Queen Pageant starting at 3 PM. The Whippoorwill Rodeo will be held Saturday night and Monday night at 7 o’clock Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Cowgirls Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Cowgirls Barrel Racing and Bull Riding will be the featured events in front of the grandstand.
Sunday, July 28th, the Rabbit Show is at 2PM. and the Flag Raising Ceremony at 7PM. The Edwards County Fair runs thru August 3rd.
