Three Fairfield residents were arrested by the Fairfield Police Department Monday.
38-year-old Bradley McCulley of Fairfield was arrested just shortly after 10 O’clock in the 500 block of Washington St. An officer on patrol observed McCulley exit a vehicle and knowing McCulley to be wanted on a Wayne County Failure to Appear warrant for Criminal Trespass to Real Property. After observing the officer, McCulley fled and locked himself in the residence. Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived to assist. McCulley refused multiple commands to exit the residence. Officers made entry into the residence and took McCulley into custody. McCulley was lodged in the Wayne County Jail on the warrant with additional charges of resisting/obstructing a peace officer.
Just shortly after 9:30 Monday night, 51-year-old Paul R. Lord of Fairfield was located in the 300 block of NW 7th Street and taken into custody for a 2021 Wayne County Criminal Damage to State Supported Property warrant. Lord was transported to the Wayne County Jail.
At approximately 6:45 Monday evening, 41-year-old Michael S. Toney of Fairfield was arrested for theft. Toney is accused of taking a concrete statue reported stolen on June 28th from a residence in the 100 block of NW 4th Street. Toney was transported to the Wayne County Jail.
