The Fairfield City Council meets Tuesday night at 6 p.m. in regular session at City Hall.
The council is expected to discuss a proclamation for Literacy Week, and a resolution for a Revolving Loan to Samantha Baker, for her new bakery business in Fairfield. The council is also expected to discuss the purchase of a dump truck for the cemetery and a dump bed for the Street and Bridge department. Also listed on the agenda is discussion concerning Front Yard Fencing, and a Recreation Fund Expenditure request.
The Wayne County Board is set to meet this Thursday night at 7 in the Wayne County Courthouse for their next regular meeting. Items on the agenda under the Highway Department include approval for county aid for Leech Township. Also listed is the various committee reports and office reports, and the Annual State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor discussion and ARPA under New Business.
