READY TO EAT MEAT AND POULTRY RECALL ISSUED BY USDA

The BrucePac recall has now grown to encompass nearly 12 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products due to listeria concerns. The USDA has alerted that some of these affected items may have been distributed to schools. The recall list is quite extensive, exceeding 300 pages, and includes products sold at popular retailers such as Wegmans, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Walmart.
