Three individuals were sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday. 33-year-old Kevin A. Borah of Sims pled guilty to Criminal Damage to Property and was placed on one year of Conditional Discharge plus ordered to pay court costs.
Rinard resident, 58-year-old Robert A. Butler pled guilty to a charge of Retail Theft. Butler was placed on one year of Conditional Discharge plus court costs.
Robert J. Crnovich, 53 of Fairfield was sentenced by Judge Denton Aud to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for violating a previous term of probation for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine dating back to October of 2021. Crnovich was given credit for 124 days already served plus ordered to pay court costs.
