Two Fairfield residents were sentenced Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court. 62-year-old, Timothy E. Hutcheson pled guilty to Unlawful Possession Of Methamphetamine on a charge dating back to August of this year and was sentenced by Judge, Michael Valentine to spend 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Hutcheson was given credit for 75 days time already served and was also ordered to pay court costs.
Jeremy L. Carter, age 50 also pled guilty to a charge of DUI. Carter was placed by Judge Valentine on 1 year of Court Supervision and will also pay court costs.
