The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation, Zone 8 was requested by the Edwards County Sheriff Department to assist with a death investigation that occurred on November 5th at approximately 12:15 pm. The incident occurred near County Road 600 in Albion, IL. Edwards County Coroner, Mark Curtis says the death of Edwards County Circuit Judge, Michael Valentine is still under investigation and no further details are available at this time.
