CISNE RESIDENT ARRESTED TUESDAY ON AN OUTSTANDING WAYNE COUNTY WARRANT

53-year-old, Misty Gay Kistner of Cisne was arrested Tuesday morning by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies on a Failure To Appear warrant issued in Wayne County for Retail Theft and Possession of Methamphetamine.  Kistner was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
