The Fairfield Mules defeated Carmi 58-51 Friday night and won the Black Diamond Conference title ourright. The Mules finish the regular season 18-12 and 8-1 in the BDC. The JV Mules won 47-35 and the Freshmen Mules lost 26-25. The Mules open postseason play against Mt. Carmel at the Mule Barn on Monday, which is also Senior Night.

Fairfield Mules wrestler, Talan Keoughan’s season came to an end Friday, as he lost his wrestleback round Friday at the IHSA State Wrestling Tournament at the University of Illinois in Champaign. Keoughan ends his senior season 35-9 and ends his hish school wresling career with 119 wins, 2nd all time career wins at FCHS.
