A 40-year-old Fairfield resident, Carrie L. Cullins admitted in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday to violating a previous Order of Probation for a term of 18 months dating back to the original sentence date in September, 2024. Cullins was sentenced to 150 days in the Wayne County Jail to be served concurrent with a sentence imposed in Marion County Circuit Court plus ordered to pay courts costs.
Cypress, IL resident, 19-year-old Marvin Miller pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol, a Class A misdemeanor. Miller was placed on non-reporting Court Supervision for a term of six months plus ordered to pay court costs.
