Two area residents appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday. 41-year-old Murl Bridges of Xenia pled guilty to a charge of Domestic Battery. Bridges was sentenced to a term of two years Probation and also was ordered to pay court costs.
Fairfield resident, 20-year-old Bryan A. Bailey Jr. admitted in court Thursday to violating a previous sentence of 18 months of Probation on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bailey Jr. was re-sentenced this time to a term of two years Probation plus court costs. If within this new sentence of two years Bailey Jr. violates this latest sentence, he will automatically spend 180 days in the Wayne County Jail.
