The National Weather Service has issued a FREEZE WARNING in effect for all of Southern Illinois tonight (Monday) and until 9am Tuesday morning. Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 to 30 degrees expected over most of the region. Everyone should see 32 degrees low or close to it. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
