Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested an Arkansas man following a traffic stop Wednesday night. Just after 10 o’clock, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by 55-year-old Ebert E. Pashea of Lake City, Arkansas. During the stop a search of the vehicle was conducted and Deputies located methamphetamine inside the vehicle. Deputies had also observed Pashea possibly throw something under his fender. Deputies searched the area and located a canvas bag containing additional bags of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Pashea was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail.

Obstructing Justice
Possession of drug paraphernalia
