CARMI POLICE ARREST ALBION MAN SATURDAY NIGHT

30-year-old Jonathon Heath of Albion was arrested by Carmi Police Saturday night around 7:45 for a broken registration light. During the stop, it was discovered that Heath had an active White County warrant for Failure to Appear.  The warrant was issued for a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Registration Was Suspended for mandatory insurance.  Heath was taken into custody, transported and lodged at the White County Jail pending a court appearance.
