Recently, Edwards County FFA members participated in the Section 23 Ag Mechanics and Ag Business Career Development Events (CDEs), showcasing their skills and earning top honors.
The Ag Mechanics team placed 2nd overall, with several standout individual performances:
Chase Shelton – 1st Place, Carpentry
Cody Greathouse – 2nd Place, Welding
Seamus Young – 4th Place, Surveying
Gabe Wyatt – 3rd Place, Welding
Levi Gill – 6th Place, Ag Power
In the Ag Business CDE, team members completed an online test covering financial and business decision-making related to farm operations. Team members included Cali Bunting, Quentin Pike, Chase Shelton, Jake Wiseman, and Gabe Wyatt. The team also placed 2nd overall, with top individual finishes by:

Jake Wiseman – 4th Place
Quentin Pike – 10th Place
