A new business in Fairfield is open. Smoke Smart, located at 608 West Delaware St. opened for business last Friday. Owner, Kiran Patel from Mt. Vernon says his store offers vaping products with various flavors and accessories. The store is open from 9am to 9pm everyday. The location was vacant for many years and was once the home to the Family Video Store.
