Horizon Healthcare Satellites ( Cisne and Carmi ) will be closed Tuesday 1/7/25. If you wish to be seen at Fairfield Horizon Healthcare or Urgent Care, we will work to accommodate your needs. Horizon Healthcare staff will contact you but you may call us at 618-842-4617 to reschedule.
Horizon Healthcare Fairfield Clinic will be open Tuesday 1/7/25 with shortened hours of 10am-3pm. Any scheduled appointments outside of these hours will be rescheduled to different times. WADI employees will be teleworking on Tuesday, January 7th due to icy roads, icy office parking lots, and cold temperatures. Employees should contact their supervisor if they have questions. Offices will be closed, but phone calls will be transferred to agency cell phones. Your local office should contact you if you have a scheduled appointment. Head Start classrooms will not be in session.
Due to the inclement weather conditions, Rides Mass Transit District will operate only life-sustaining medical transportation where possible across all of its counties on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025. No other service will be in operation.
