Congratulations goes out to the New Hope Lady Panthers as they win the Class “S” State Basketball Tournament Saturday at Rend Lake as they defeated last year’s state champion Bartelso, 50-46. New Hope finished the season undefeated at 27-0. It should be noted that this same group of athletes were State Champions in Softball with an undefeated record of 23-0 making them 50-0 so far for this school year in Lady Panther sports.
