24-year-old Kaleb Herren of Fairfield appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday and admitted to violating a previous order of probation on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Herren, represented by Public Defender, Heidi Hoffee was sentenced to new term of Probation for a term of two years plus ordered to pay court costs.
Natalie D Williams, AKA Natalie D McGill 42 of Fairfield pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was placed on 24 months of Probation plus court costs. McGill was given credit for two days time served in the Wayne County Jail.
Eddie Brooks III, 27 of Fairfield admitted in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday to violating a previous order of probation on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Brooks III was sentenced to a term of one year Conditional Discharge plus ordered to pay court costs.
Cody Buchanan, a 33 year-old Geff resident pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years Probation and also ordered to pay court costs.
