Carmi Police arrested a Fairfield man just after 11 o’clock Friday morning. Officers on routine patrol say 48-year-old Donald Sims of Fairfield was pulled over near the intersection of 8th and Oak for not having brake lights. Police found Sims was driving on a revoked license along with Possession of Cannabis in a motor vehicle and No Proof of Insurance. He was taken into custody and booked at the White County Jail where he was released with a Notice To Appear.
