20-year-old Chloe Cuff of Fairfield appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday on two separate cases. Cuff pled guilty to a charge of Battery and was placed on one year of Reporting Court Supervision. Cuff also pled guilty to DUI and was also placed on one year of Reporting Court Supervision. Cuff was also ordered to pay court costs on both cases and to undergo alcohol and drug assessment by an approved agency through her Probation Officer.
Wayne City resident, 24-year-old Gage Roth pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Roth was placed on Probation for a term of 24 months and make restitution to two individuals plus make a $50 contribution to the local anti-crime program and perform 30 hours of public service work and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. Roth was given six days credit for time served in the Wayne County Jail.
33-year-old Michael Stephenson plead guilty to a charge of Theft. Stephenson was sentenced to Probation for a term of 24 months, make restitution to an individual in the case and make a contribution of $50 to the local anti-crime program. Stephenson was given credit for five days time served in the Wayne County Jail.
