The City of Flora has released its building and zoning report for the month of May.
According to the report, 10 residential permits were issued. 3 were issued for storage buildings, 2 each issued for Fences and Pools, and single permits were issued for decks and patios, demolition, and miscellaneous. The total value of the permits issued was $56,539.25.
Under commercial, one permit was issued for a sign. The value of that permit is $6,315. Overall for the month, 11 permits were issued with a value of $62,854.25.
The Department of Building and Zoning received $396.30 in permit fees and $50 in deposit fees. For the year, 36 permits have been issued for a value of $1,718,354.25. $2808.55 has been collected in permit fees and $1150 in deposits have been collected.
