The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation announced Thursday the arrest of 44-year-old Kevin Loucks, 57-year-old Milton Robinson and 45-year-old Arrion Sanders, all of Belleville, IL for first-degree murder, a Class M felony.
According to information from the Illinois State Police Troop 10 post, the arrests came after an investigation into the murder of 44-year-old Montez Pearson. On July 19th, Pearson was found dead near Lunte Creek Road in Washington County. Loucks was taken into custody on July 23rd after a search warrant was executed at his residence in Belleville, IL. Robinson was taken into custody the next day, while Sanders was taken into custody on July 27th, both in Belleville, IL.
The ISP was assisted during the investigation by the Washintgon County Sheriff’s Office and the Belleville Police Department.
All three suspects were taken to the Washington County Jail following their arrest, with bond set at $1 million. No further information was released.
