(Detroit, MI) — The St. Louis Cardinals went 1-and-1 during their doubleheader against the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park yesterday. St. Louis scored two runs in the top of the ninth to win game one 2-1. In the second game, the Cardinals gave up 14 hits in an 11-6 loss. The 14-and-16 Cardinals send Miles Mikolas to the mound against the Tigers this afternoon.

(Flushing, NY) — The Chicago Cubs gave up three runs in the bottom of the sixth during a 4-2 loss to the New York Mets at Citi Field. The 18-and-12 Cubs send Shota Imanaga to the mound against the Mets tonight.

(Chicago, IL) — The Chicago White Sox are 0-and-6 against the Minnesota Twins following a 6-5 loss at Guaranteed Rate Field. The Southsiders dropped to 6-and-24, and they send Chris Flexen to the mound against Minnesota this afternoon.

(Milwaukee, WI) — The Pacers were unable to eliminate the Milwaukee Bucks from the postseason after falling 115-92 in Game Five. Indiana will look to knock out Milwaukee when it hosts the Bucks in Game Six tomorrow night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

(Undated) — Elsewhere in the the road to the NBA Finals. The Philadelphia 76ers came from behind to beat the New York Knicks 112-106 in overtime at Madison Square Garden. The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Orlando Magic 104-103 in Game Five. The action continues today with a pair of Game Five contests. The Boston Celtics will host the Miami Heat, while the Dallas Mavericks pay a visit to the Los Angeles Clippers.
