Two subjects reached plea agreements yesterday (Thursday) in Wayne County Circuit Court.
48-year-old Andrea Stocke of Norris City pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Stocke was placed on two years of probation and ordered to pay court costs.
38-year-old Cody Tipton of Ridgway was sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Correction for the offense of Aggravated DUI. The sentenced stems from an offense dating back to April 30th, 2021. Tipton was given credit for 189 days of time already served.
