Media reports out of Jefferson County say two Ina residents have been arrested on Jefferson County warrants on a charge of child pornography. 28 year old Tyler J. Stover and 25 year old Julie R. Bulthuis were both taken to the Jefferson County Jail following their arrest awaiting a pre-trial hearing.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said a complaint was made to the Mt. Vernon, IL Police Department on July 1st. The Sheriff’s Department was asked to take over the investigation after it was determined the allegations occurred In Ina. Investigators served search warrants at the home in Ina the next day, collecting evidence which led to the arrests.
