The Edwards County Farm Bureau will be conducting their 17th annual corn yield survey on Wednesday, September 4th
Corn fields will be checked in every township in the county. Any area farmer that does not want their fields checked needs to call the Farm Bureau office at 445-2113. The routes and fields will be the same ones used the previous years. Results will be released to the media on Thursday, September 5th.
The corn yield survey is sponsored by the Edwards County Farm Bureau Young Leaders and Consolidated Grain and Barge Olney, Illinois facility.
