The Illinois Department of Public Health has posted the 2024 Second Quarterly Report of Nursing Home Violations.
IDPH says there were 268 violation reports completed in the second quarter.
Facilities in Anna, Benton, Du Quoin, Fairfield, Eldorado, Energy, Harrisburg, Herrin, Metropolis, Mt. Vernon, Olney and Rosiclare were mentioned in the report for violations. The full report is listed in the below link.
