The North Wayne School Board met for their regular monthly meeting last (Wednesday) night at Cisne Middle School. The board approved the consent agenda that included moving the September meeting to Monday, September 23rd at 7pm at the Cisne Middle School. The board tentatively approved the 2024-25 district budget and set the date and time for the 2024-25 budget hearing for September 23rd at 6:50 PM at Cisne Middle School.
The board voted to distribute an additional $400,000 of EBF to the Building Fund for FY25 and approved an agreement with Fairfield district #112 for student transportation to the Norris City Annex.
