The McLeansboro Fall Festival is set to begin Thursday and will run through Saturday on the McLeansboro Square.
Thursday’s festivities will start with carnival rides opening at 6 PM. The Cultural Arts Show will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the courthouse basement, while Gospel Night kicks off at 7 PM, featuring performances by the Ten Mile Church Praise Band and the Perry Case Band.
On Friday, the Little Miss Fall Festival competition will start at 5:30 PM, followed by carnival rides opening at 6 PM. The Cultural Arts Show will again be held from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the courthouse basement, with performances by The Girls Next Door and John Berry at 7 PM.
Saturday will see carnival rides opening at 1 PM, coinciding with the Pet Parade, also at 1 PM. Rides will pause during the Fall Festival Parade at 6 PM, which this year carries the theme “Service Brings Freedom.” The evening will conclude with performances by John Spicer and Sammy Kershaw at 7 PM.
All nightly entertainment is free.
