The Fairfield Fall Fun Fest is set to begin Wednesday thru Saturday in downtown Fairfield. In addition to the carnival, numerous vendor and food booths will be open each day. The schedule of events include:
Wednesday, September 18th:
Roasted Chestnuts – 6pm to 7pm (Main Stage)
Church Night – 7pm to 9pm (Main Stage)
Thursday, September 19th:
Fairfield National Bank 5K Run/Walk (Corner of Court & 4th Street. 4:30 pm Registration; 6pm Race; 7pm Awards)
Fall Fun Fest Prince & Princess Contest – 5:30pm (Main Stage)
Miss Fairfield Fall Fun Fest – 7:30pm (Main Stage)
Wayne County Quilt’s Of Valor Quilt Show – 5pm to 8pm (Chamber Office)
Friday, September 20th:

LeMond’s Chevrolet Chrysler Car Show – (Dealership’s West Lot) 8am to 11am Registration; 12pm Awards
Fall Fun Fest Baked Goods Contest – 10am to 12pm (Registration at RJ on Main with judging results at 1:30pm)
Wadi/Headstart Kiddie Parade – (10:30am, Registration at North Side School with parade at 11am to the High Rise)
Wayne County Quilt’s Of Valor Quilt Show – 12pm to 5pm (Chamber Office)
Kiddie Korner Activities & Petting Zoo (Following parade on the High Rise Lawn)
Cornhole Tournament (12pm Registration on SE 2nd St next to Fairfield Elks)
Pedal Pull – (12pm by the High Rise)
Fairfield’s Got Talent – 2pm (Main Stage)
Bench Press Competition – 1pm (FNB Drive-Thru)
FCHS Band – 5pm to 6pm (Main Stage)
Chuck A Duck – 5:30pm (FNB Drive-Thru)
We’ve Got It Covered – 6:30pm to 9:30pm (Main Stage)
Kids’ Activities at Freedom Park will be held Thursday & Friday from 5pm to 8pm and Saturday from 3pm to 8pm. King & Queen Of The Court Pickleball Tournament will be held September 21st & 22nd at Lakeside Park with play beginning at 8am on Saturday, September 21st.
