Heavy rains and strong winds postponed many football games in Southern Illinois Friday night. Games rescheduled:

Fairfield at Carmi – postponed until Monday at 6:00pm.
Mt Carmel at Paris – postponed until today at 1:00pm
Robinson vs Marshall – postponed until today at 1:00pm
Nashville at West Frankfort – postponed until today at 1:00pm
Flora at Johnston City – postponed until this morning at 10:00am

The doubles tennis tournament at Mt. Vernon today (Saturday) for the Lady Mules has been CANCELED.

HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTY:
Fairfield Mules Cross Country team participating in the Lawrenceville Invitational today has been CANCELED.

Fairfield JFL Flag Football is CANCELED for today due to weather/field conditions but flag players are asked to go to the FCHS concession stand from 9-9:30 AM to pick up their free JFL t-shirt sponsored by the Fairfield Football team.

Fairfield Jr. Mules scheduled to play Flora this afternoon and evening at The Train Yard. 5th & 6th grade kick-off at 5pm with 7th & 8th grade at 7pm. Tonight will be eighth grade recognition night prior to the start of the 7 PM game.

COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL:

Frontier Lady Bobcats hosting Northwest Mississippi Community College at 9am & 11am then East Central College at 1pm.  Games are played in the Center St. Grade School Gym.
