Jan A Mrozek, 83, of Fairfield passed away at 6:30AM on Wednesday September 20, 2023, at Meadow Brook Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Grayville. He worked as maintenance at a golf course. Jan was born in Chicago on February 24, 1940, to Walter and Esther (Tesmer) Mrozek.
Jan is survived by his daughters- Renee (Edward) Williams of Fairfield and Michelle (Brian) Lisk of Hudson FL; 7 grandchildren- Tiffany, Matthew, Jonathan, Amanda, Tommy, Dalton, and Tyler; 12 great grandchildren; sister- Mary Bravo of Romeoville IL.
Jan was preceded in death by his parents, wife- Mona (Ages) Mrozek, and a brother- Frank Mrozek.
Per Jan’s wishes, his body will be cremated with no formal services held.
Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation.
