Jason Paul Davis, 48, of Crossville, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born on January 4, 1975, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of James Davis and Rita Sue (Price) Havice. Jason worked as a welder at JD Mechanical. He enjoyed fishing and drinking beer. Jason is survived by his parents; children, Jason Paul Davis, Jr, and McKayla Davis; siblings, Jack Allen (Becky) Davis, Jeffrey Joe (Brenda) Davis, Jenny (John) Lambert, Jim Joe (Angie) Davis, Joe (Katrina) McCoy, and Kenneth (Christina) Havice; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Megan Sue Davis. A private service for Jason Davis will be held at a later date. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
